About: Maurice Holmes aka Styles — Life Coach, Mindset Coach, Co-owner of BlackMaleBodyWorship.com

Welcome to BlackMaleBodyWorship.com. This isn't just a website; it's a movement forged from the raw, undeniable truth of what it means to be a Black man. I'm Maurice Holmes, also known as Styles, and this is my unapologetic About Me.

I'm a powerhouse: a personal trainer, mindset coach, and life coach. My journey as a small business owner and fitness model has chiseled an understanding of the pure drive required for true self-mastery. Yeah, I'm from country-ass Oklahoma, but I'm building empires right here in California. With a business degree and certifications in life coaching and health & wellness under my belt — alongside high school football grit — I’ve got the receipts. But let's be blunt: I'm not the poster child, and I won't pretend to be. I'm kinky, fun, and raw. I deeply understand life – the glorious intersection of struggle and success, and why we need both to forge our greatness.

In my personal life, I'm most known for being a nudist. If I'm home, I'm in nothing — or just strutting around in boxers or boxer briefs. That’s who I am as a man: authentic, hard-working, with an unshakeable ethical core.

Why This Work Matters

I understand the profound complexity of being a Black man. That's why BlackMaleBodyWorship.com was built by Jae Superior and me. It's fueled by one fiercely potent idea: Black men are gods and deities in our own right. We deserve to be worshipped – from our head to feet, from nut sack to ass crack. Our bodies demand worship, like a sacred Sunday service.

But here's the kicker for Black men who need help: before anyone can truly worship us, we must first forge confidence that can't be broken. It starts with loving and worshipping ourselves, seeking our true identities, and reclaiming the potent masculine energy of Black men. This is how to be confident as a Black man.

Through my life coaching, mindset coaching, and as your personal trainer, I guide you to reclaim your inherent power. We don't just work on your body — we sculpt your mind, your spirit, your entire being — so you can train others how to worship the divinity that is YOU.

This isn't just about looking good. It's about owning your greatness.
It's about self-mastery, self-love, and unapologetic self-worship.

Step into your power.
